The Bech Magnetic Mute is easy to install. Simply afix self-adhesive pad to the tailpiece with the top of the pad extending slightly above adjacent strings. Then attach the mute to the bridge, in a similar way to a normal orchestral mute, with the magnet facing towards the tailpiece. When you have finished using the mute, take it off the bridge and slide towards the tailpiece where it magnetically attaches to the pad on the tailpiece.
Graphic instructions are also included in each packet. If you have any further questions or concerns, contact your luthier.
Please note that this mute does not sick as well to wittner ultralight tailpieces and is most suited to wooden one |
